Gamdom is owned and operated by Moon Revolution Limitada (« Company« , « we » or « us« ), a limited liability company organised under the laws of Costa Rica, having its registered address at n. 426, La Ceiba Street, San Rafael district, County of Escazu, San José, Costa Rica and holding a valid gaming licence No. ALSI-122571042-BI6.
1. ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) are entered into between You and the Company. By accessing the website (“Website”), you agree to these T&Cs as well as any policies, rules, or documents referenced in them. These T&Cs govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality, or services provided through it, whether as a guest or registered user. Your use of the Website represents your agreement to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Website.
By using this Website, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You will provide accurate and truthful information when creating a user Account on the Website
2. ACCOUNT
2.1 REGISTRATION
To access and use the services, including placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, and participating in promotions, you must first complete the Account registration process. By registering an Account, you consent to the Company conducting verification checks (“KYC”) that may be required by law or reasonably necessary to ensure Account integrity and compliance with our obligations. These checks may be carried out at Account registration or at any time thereafter, especially when specific financial thresholds are met and/or if specific risk factors arise. All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. If your personal details change, it’s your responsibility to update your Account details.
2.2 KYC (KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER)
During KYC, we may request documents to confirm your identity, age, address, and source of funds. This may include, but it is not limited to, a government issued ID, proof of address (such as utility bill or bank statement), and information relating to your payment method. To ensure your Account remains active and fully functional, please cooperate promptly when we request KYC. We’ll always aim to make this process smooth and straightforward.
Not responding to our KYC request or providing incorrect or incomplete information may be considered a breach of these T&Cs. Refer to section 10
2.3 MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Each user is allowed to hold only one (1) active Account on the Website. Creating or using more than one Account, whether intentionally or unintentionally, is considered a breach of these T&Cs and will result in those accounts being treated as “Multiple Accounts”. We use a combination of technical tools and behavioural analysis to identify duplicate or linked Accounts. Please play fair with one Account per person. Refer to section 10
2.4 SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Website, you agree to use your Account responsibly and in accordance with the T&Cs. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We further encourage you to use two factor authentication or any other security methods, recommended by Us, from time to time. Use of the Website while underage or otherwise prohibited, or not meeting the conditions set out in these T&Cs, may be considered a breach. Refer to section 10
2.5 ACCOUNT CLOSURE OR SUSPENSION
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or close your Account if we believe it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate suspicious or prohibited activity, enforce responsible gambling protections, or protect our platform, services, or users.
If your Account is permanently closed by us, we will return any remaining balance to You, unless:
- There is evidence of illegal activity requiring us to retain funds under applicable law;
- You have committed serious breaches or engaged in Forbidden actions, in which case we may retain funds to offset damages, chargebacks, fees, bonuses, or losses caused to us or our partners; and/or pursue civil or regulatory remedies where appropriate.
We may also report unlawful or suspicious behaviour to regulators or law enforcement and cooperate fully with investigations as required.
3. PLAYER WARRANTIES
3.1 CAPACITY
You confirm that you are registering and using the Website in your own capacity. The use of the Website or its services on behalf of another person, business, or entity is not permitted. You confirm you have not been diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler and/or self-excluded from any gambling site or gambling premises. Refer to section 10
3.2 RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and helping you stay in control of your play. If you ever feel that your gambling is becoming a problem or you simply need a break, you can request to self-exclude at any time by contacting our customer support team on [email protected]. Once your request is processed, your Account will be locked for the duration specified. During this time, you will not be able to access or reopen your Account under any circumstances. After the exclusion period ends, you may request to reactivate your Account. Please note that we may deny reactivation if it conflicts with our responsible gambling safeguards, or your prior behaviour. You can learn more by reviewing our Responsible Gambling Policy, which forms part of these T&Cs. Self-exclusion and cool-off measures take effect from the moment they are confirmed or otherwise become effective. They do not apply retroactively. All bets placed before the restriction takes effect remain valid and will be settled in accordance with our standard rules. Any winnings from such bets will be credited to your Account. While gameplay and deposits are disabled during this time, you may still contact our customer support to request a withdrawal of your available balance.
3.3 FUNDS
You are responsible for the funds in your Account and only deposit money that is not linked to any unlawful source and that you intend to use for genuine gameplay. We are not a financial institution and your Account does not earn interest, and funds stored in your Account are not covered by any financial protections or guarantees that would normally apply to traditional banking solutions. You agree that (a) you will not treat the Website as a bank or financial institution; (b) the value in your Account represents a balance solely for the purpose of placing wagers; (c) any balance is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable outside of the Website, except as a withdrawal in accordance with these T&Cs.
You are further responsible for declaring and paying any personal taxes, levies, or duties that apply to your transaction or winning under the laws of your county of residence. The Company does not provide tax advice or withhold taxes on your behalf.
3.4 JURISDICTION
You may not register or use the Website or its services if you reside in, or are temporarily located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited. At this time, we do not offer services to individuals who are located in or residents of:
Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Isle of Man, Iran, Jersey, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, North Korea, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States, United Kingdom.
If you attempt to access our services from any of these jurisdictions, including by using false information, VPNs, proxies, or similar tools, your Account may be restricted. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Website complies with the laws of your country of residence or location. Refer to section 10
4. DEPOSITS
You can deposit funds into your Account at any time by visiting the “Deposit” section of your user dashboard. You will be presented with a list of available payment methods based on your location. All deposit methods must be in your name and must not involve third-party accounts.
After selecting a method, enter the desired amount and follow the on-screen instruction to finalise the payment. We may apply minimum or maximum deposit thresholds depending on the payment provider. We do not charge internal fees for deposits, but external processing fees may apply depending on your chosen deposit method, which are set by third parties and are beyond our control. We do not profit from any such charges.
Deposits made using fiat or cryptocurrency are generally processed promptly, though actual times may vary depending on your chosen method, network congestion, provider processing times, or compliance reviews.
When depositing with cryptocurrency, please exercise caution in selecting the correct token, blockchain network, and reflect the correct minimum amount. Failure to do so may result in permanent loss of funds or delay in crediting. In some instances, deposits made using unsupported networks or below the minimum threshold may be considered lost and non-recoverable. In other cases, a fee may be deducted to recover and credit the deposit manually. The system does not automatically reject or block unsupported crypto transfers due to the nature of blockchain technology. Deposits that are not automatically credited due to technical or procedural limitations may require manual review.
Please note that we and/or payment providers may request documentation to verify ownership of the payment method and the source of funds. Deposits are intended for genuine gameplay only and activity that indicates transactional abuse or non-genuine play may result in a review of your Account. Bonus offers linked to deposits are subject to separate terms. Ensure you understand the applicable conditions before accepting any promotional rewards.
4.1 WAGERING REQUIREMENT ON DEPOSITS
You must wager the value of your deposit at the time it is credited to your Account at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This applies to all deposits (including sports bets), not just those tied to promotions. If you request a withdrawal without having wagered the full deposit amount in any Games (including sports bets), the Company may delay or deny the request until the deposit has been wagered in full.
5. WITHDRAWALS
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the “Withdraw” section of your user dashboard. Before initiating a withdrawal, please ensure that:
- All deposited funds must have cleared and are not be subject to chargebacks or reversals;
- Required KYC has been successfully completed. Please note that delays in providing documents may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is finalised;
- There is no ongoing investigation that would reasonably justify delaying the withdrawal (e.g. due to errors, suspicious activity, unresolved bonus issues, or Forbidden Actions);
- The withdrawal is not associated with suspected Bonus Abuse or other T&C violations.
While we do not impose a fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit, we reserve the right to process large withdrawals in structured installments for operations, security, or compliance reasons. You will be informed of the schedule in such cases.
You may only use payment methods that are in your own name and issued by a financial institution operating within your jurisdiction. Accordingly, all deposits must originate from a personal Account, e-wallet, or card in our name, and withdrawals can only be processed back to a matching personal method. We may request documents to confirm ownership of the payment method at any time. A withdrawal fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed before you confirm the request. Please note that this fee is charged by third-party payment providers and we do not make any profit from it.
5.1 THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT RISK DISCLAIMER
The Company is not responsible for any losses, errors, or delays arising from the use of third-party payment methods. This includes cases where:
- You deposit funds using someone else’s payment details;
- You attempt to withdraw to a third-party account;
- Your Account includes inaccurate or third-party information;
- You allow others to access or use your Account.
You must keep your Account and payment credentials secure and private at all times.

5.2 FIAT WITHDRAWALS
Fiat withdrawals may include methods such as bank transfers, or e-wallet, depending on your region. Processing times may vary by provider. We do not charge internal fees for fiat withdrawals, but external processing fees may apply, which are set by third parties and are beyond our control. We do not profit from any such charges. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account. Once your request is submitted, it will be reviewed, and if necessary, we may request additional KYC.
5.3 CRYPTO WITHDRAWALS
For cryptocurrency withdrawals, you must provide a valid and compatible wallet address for the selected coin. Always ensure you are withdrawing to a wallet that supports the relevant token and blockchain network. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and the Company is not responsible for losses resulting from but not limited to incorrect wallet information, incompatible wallets or unsupported networks, withdrawals to third-party wallets not controlled by you and/or loss of access to your wallet due to compromised private keys or external interference.
Processing times for crypto withdrawals are typically fast but may vary based on network congestion and internal review times, if applicable. A withdrawal fee or miner fee may be applied, depending on the currency, which is set by third parties and is beyond our control. We do not profit from any such charges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your private keys and securing your wallet credentials. Refer to section 10 for any suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance.
5.4 CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment without reasonable cause or without first contacting our support team, it may be considered a breach of these T&Cs. Refer to section 10.
6. BONUS AND PROMOTIONS
We may, from time to time, offer bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible users. These offers are entirely optional and subject to these T&Cs as well as the specific terms that apply to each offer.
6.1 BONUS ELIGIBILITY
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all promotional offers are limited to one claim per person, per promotional period, and are limited to:
- One account per individual
- One account per IP address
- One account per residential address
- One account per device
- One account per email address and telephone number
6.2. BONUS TERMS
Each promotion has individual conditions, including, but not limited to, wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn, time limits to fulfil these requirements, game or bet restrictions, and/or minimum deposit requirements. These terms are disclosed with each promotional offer and must be fully met for the bonus or any related winnings to be paid out. Bonus funds are not real cash and may be adjusted, cancelled, or expire if conditions are not met.
6.3 BONUS ABUSE AND FRAUD
If we detect Multiple Accounts, or suspect that a bonus offer has been misused either individually or as part of coordinated behaviour we may take appropriate action to ensure the fairness and integrity of our promotions. This may include revoking access to active bonuses, reversing associated winnings, restricting future promotional eligibility, suspending and/or closing any Accounts involved in a breach of these T&Cs or of regulatory obligations. We monitor promotional activity to maintain fair play. If you have any questions about a specific offer, our support team is available to help.
Our promotions and bonuses are designed to reward players, enhance user experience and reward fair play. Each offer comes with specific terms and participation is entirely optional. To ensure fairness, we monitor promotional activity for misuse. If we do find that a promotion has been abused, accessed dishonestly or used in breach of its stated terms, we may take appropriate actions.
7. OUR WARRANTIES
We aim to provide a reliable, fair, and secure experience. We manage player funds in an appropriate and secure manner, ensuring your balance remains available for withdrawal in accordance with these T&Cs. Your personal data is handled responsibly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. supported by trusted partners and technologies and strive to ensure accuracy and integrity of the games and features we offer. While we take every reasonable measure to maintain service availability, there may be instances of disruption. If this happens, we will work promptly to resolve the issue and restore access.
8. THE VAULT
Where applicable, we may offer Vault or similar feature that allows you to temporarily store a portion of your balance separately from your main wagering funds. The Vault is a non-interest bearing feature and does not operate as a financial product or bank account.
Funds stored in the Vault are still part of your overall balance and remain subject to these T&Cs, including eligibility for withdrawals and wagering requirements. you may move funds in or out of the Vault at any time unless restricted by promotional conditions or technical limitations.
9. SOFTWARE AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
We aim to provide stable and reliable software. However, from time to time, technical errors or service interruption may occur. If a game or feature malfunctions or behaves inconsistently with its intended rules, we reserve the right to cancel and revert affected bets, rounds, and winnings.
In the event of any system failure, software bugs, or network issue, you must notify us immediately and refrain from exploiting such errors. Attempts to manipulate such outcomes or take advantage of system faults may be considered a breach. Refer to section 10.
The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from disconnections, lag, user error, or technical issues beyond our control It is your responsibility to ensure your internet connection and device are functioning properly while accessing the Website.
10. CONSEQUENCES OF BREACH
We aim to provide a fair and safe environment for all users. Where we believe that these T&Cs have not been followed, and/or where there are reasonable grounds to investigate your Account activity, we may take certain actions to ensure compliance and protect the integrity of the platform.
If we identify or reasonably suspect that your Account has been involved in a breach of these T&Cs or any Forbidden Action, we may suspend or restrict your Account while we conduct investigation. This is to ensure the integrity and security of your Account and our platform. During this investigation, You may be asked to provide further information or documents. Your Account balance will remain securely stored unless a legal or regulatory reason requires us to act differently. We aim to handle investigations professionally, fairly, and without unnecessary delay. However, failure to cooperate may result in continued Account restrictions or closure.
Your Account may only be used for lawful gambling and personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Website in a way that breaches these T&Cs, applicable law or our platform’s integrity (collectively “Forbidden Actions”). These include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to bypass self-exclusion, deposit limits, or other responsible gambling tools in any way;
- Using the Website without genuine gameplay or wagering intent, particularly to facilitate the movement of funds between Accounts or payment methods;
- Opening or using an Account on behalf of another person or allowing others to access your Account, except where such access is expressly authorised by the Company under a verified agent or intermediary arrangement;
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or do not match your Account details;
- Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or payments;
- Depositing funds linked to fraud, unauthorised activity, or criminal conduct;
- Attempting to sell, buy, or transfer Account/s, including through third-party brokers or third-party platforms;
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools that interact with the Website in an unauthorized manner;
- Cooperation with others to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or gain unfair advantage;
- Accessing the Website using VPNs, proxies, or other masking tools to bypass geographical restrictions.
Depending on the nature of the issue, at our discretion, we may temporarily restrict access to your Account while we conduct our review. In the event of serious or repeated cases, we may close your Account. Where relevant, we may adjust or remove bonuses or promotional credits, review winnings linked to non-compliant activity, or delay withdrawals until the matter is resolved. In some circumstances, your remaining deposit balance may be returned to you, subject to KYC.
We may also notify the relevant authorities, if required to do so by law or regulation. Access to specific features, services, or promotional offers may be restricted either during the investigation or after its conclusion.
11. LIABILITY
You use the Website and participate in online gambling activities (“Games”) entirely at your own risk. We also cannot be liable for events outside our reasonable control, including regulatory action, system outages, or actions by third parties. Nothing in these T&Cs limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to take responsibility for any losses or damages that result from misuse of your Account or a breach of these T&Cs and indemnify us against legal claims arising from your use of the Website.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and audio-visual material, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You may only use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial use in connection with genuine gameplay. You must not reproduce, modify, transmit, reuse, or otherwise use any part of the Website without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These T&Cs, together with the references policies herein, make up the full agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website. They replace and override any previous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the Website and the services provided through it.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of other competent authority that provision shall be severed from the remaining T&Cs, which shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may update these T&Cs from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Website. We recommend that you review the T&Cs regularly to stay informed. If we make any material changes that significantly impact your rights or obligations, we will provide notice where required by law. If you continue to use the Website after changes are published, you are considered to have accepted the updated T&Cs, If you do not agree to the revised T&Cs, you must stop using the Website. These T&CS are published in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict between the English language version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These T&Cs are governed by the laws and regulations of Costa Rica. By using the Website you agree that any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica. All services are deemed to be provided from within Costa Rica, and the legal relations between You and the Company is established under Costa Rican law.
17. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint or dispute related to our services, please contact our support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue in a timely, fair, and transparent manner.
